1. Agreement

By booking a studio you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent you have authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

• Hourly pricing displayed on the catalog; taxes may apply.
• Full payment due prior to access unless otherwise agreed.
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
• Reservations are confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive a booking confirmation number.
• Security deposits may be required for equipment-heavy productions and are refundable less any damages or overages.

3. Cancellation

1. 48+ hours: full refund
2. 24–48 hours: 50% refund
3. <24 hours: non-refundable

4. Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful or misleading content. Respect building rules. Keep noise within limits to protect other tenants.

• No hazardous materials, pyrotechnics, or open flames without prior written approval.
• No smoking or vaping inside any studio or common areas.
• Do not alter structural elements, fixtures, or safety equipment.
• Comply with all posted occupancy limits and fire egress requirements.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for your crew and rented equipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your booking will not exceed the fees paid for the affected booking.

7. Access & Security

Access credentials (codes, badges) are personal and time-bound. You agree to keep them confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.

• Check-in and check-out times are enforced to protect turnovers. Early access or late exit requires prior approval and may be billed.
• Emergency exits and corridors must remain unobstructed at all times.
• We may require government-issued photo ID at arrival for verification.

8. Studio Rules & Cleanliness

Return the studio to substantially the same condition as received. A standard cleaning fee may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.

• Use only gaffer tape on floors and walls where permitted; remove all tape after use.
• Food and beverages must be contained; spills must be cleaned immediately.
• Protect cyc walls and backdrops from shoe marks and equipment strikes.

9. Equipment Rental & Damage

Equipment is inspected before and after each booking. You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during your booking window.

• Report any malfunction immediately so we can assist or replace where possible.
• Unreturned accessories (batteries, media, cables) may incur replacement fees.
• Damage fees may include parts, labor, and reasonable administrative costs.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VynkoArc, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the studios, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Insurance

We may require proof of commercial general liability insurance and/or equipment coverage naming VynkoArc as additional insured for certain productions.

12. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Security cameras may operate in common areas for safety; there are no cameras in private changing areas or restrooms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

14. Amendments & Notices

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, power failures, strikes, or government actions.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the booking confirmation constitute the entire agreement between you and VynkoArc concerning studio rentals, superseding prior discussions.
